Introduction to Design Thinking Methodology, relating how growth is orchestrated through the triad of Design (Value), Transformation (capability) & Innovation (Customer journey)

Mapping the three journey : Life Journey, Enterprise Journey & Customer Journey through journey Maps, wireframes prototypes & enterprise architecture

Continuing from the previous session, this session will continue the mapping the three journey thriugh journey Maps, wireframes prototypes & enterprise architecture 

Day 2 (9.00 AM - 11.00 AM)


Learning to narrate a compelling story that excite the customer ecosystem consisting of clients, team members, shareholders, vendors, business partners, stakeholders & society

Learning to engineer the conceptual model/solution  through Engines, Components & Ecosystem Connectors

Continuing from the previous session by building Engines, Components & Connectors that can be plugged and played in the enterprise context, creating sustainable artifacts

DECIDE Framework

The Design Thinking framework for the Digital Economy

1. Define

The five dimensions of Solutioning are evaluated against the four dimensions of Customer Context. This allows to define an approach by modeling to creating growth through the journey of excellence..

2. Envision

Proof of Concepts and Proof of Success are developed for visualizing the solutions as well as creating Customer awareness across the ecosystem.

3. Calibrate

Econometric Modeling is employed to empathize the Value of the Solution. A beta version could also be built to test early usability of the solution.

4. Innovate 

Engineering optimizes Solutions Developed to an unrestrained immersion of Capabilities. This outcome is structured Components and Ecosystem Connections.

5. Deliver

Environment is built for Solutions that are pared down for Personalization and Preferentiation. This is mainly about the priorities of building what the segmented markets are ready to consume and create value. 

6. Define

Renewal is the most important aspect of Design Thinking and this is possible when the Optimum Engagement and Experience is delivered the first time every single time.

Subbu Iyer is a Designer & Digital Transformation leader with 33 years of global experience. He is an alumni of Michigan University, Ann Arbor & have founded multiple enterprises in India and Silicon Valley.


Subbu has authored several patents in the field of Enterprise Transformation & Innovation that encompasses Value, Intellectual & Human Capital Management. Recent Patent Applications include Digital Identity based Banking, Intelligent Investing & Retail Blockchain


He is a global thought leader & practitioner of methodologies such as Design Thinking, Agile, Lean, Six Sigma, Toyota Manufacturing System, TPM, TQM, Summit – S & Summit – D, Method – 1, Business Process Reengineering, Zachman, TOGAF, Objective Oriented Program & Project Management (OOPM) and ODR’s Organizational Change Management.
